Summary of Background and Experience Areas:
Coming from both a business and a religious background, my experience has included both
rabbinic as well as business disciplines. As such my responsibilities have included decision
making for corporate business operations as well as the traditional duties associated with the
rabbinate which have included: resolving synagogue problems, developing and organizing new
or improved programming and outreach; helping congregates handle and prepare for life-cycle
events as well as basic management of the synagogue property, physical plant and personnel.

Major Strengths:
Resolving issues from either a synagogue or a business level.
Working with children and adults, helping them to feel more a part of the congregation.
Increasing membership and developing new activities to help grow the congregation. Working
with Jewish/inter-faith organizations, as well as involvement in many facets of community
outreach to help build bridges of understanding within the broader community at large. An
ability to listen and to help apply rational concepts to irrational life situations.
